Information may be provided to Sera-Chem by email in connection with an Initial Fit Check or other sourcing enquiry. The Initial Fit Check page prepares an email draft in your email application; the website itself does not submit or store the form information on a Sera-Chem server.

Information is used to evaluate the request, reply to the user, and discuss possible service scope.

Sera-Chem does not sell submitted information to unrelated third parties.

Users may contact sera@sera-chem.com to request correction or deletion of information.

Users should not submit highly confidential formulas, proprietary manufacturing details, payment information, or sensitive personal data through the initial form.
